Dubai residents can now process their visa, residency and municipal concerns under one roof as the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) opens inside Al Kifaf Municipality Center.
The second branch of Amer center aims to increase government efficiency and simplify the processing of renewal and application for visas and residency.
The one-stop center is eyed to replace nearly 600 typing centres across Dubai.
Previously, residents had to go to the GDRFA office to apply for visas.
Other services that will be catered here are cancellation of residence, accommodation services, as well as short and long visit visa services.
The first Amer center is located in the Muhaisnah 4 area which opened in May this year.
