Pacquiao lands cameo role in Jack Ma’s movie

Boxing champion and senator Manny Pacquiao was featured in the closing credits of the trailer of businessman Jack Ma’s new movie “Gong Shou Dao”.

Ma, who plays the role of a master of the martial art called Taiji in the film, comes into a conflict with other martial arts masters.

The trailer, which was released last week, also included a surprising cameo of English actor Jason Statham, Kazakhstani boxer Gennady Gennadyevich Golovkin, and Pacquiao at the end.

“You’re lucky, you haven’t met me. Be careful next time. I will find you somewhere,” Pacquiao said.

Ma is the founder of Alibaba, an e-commerce conglomerate.

He recently came to the Philippines to speak to the students at the De La Salle University about entrepreneurship.

He always visited Malacanang for a courtesy call with President Duterte.
