Dubai landlords offer flexible payment

Majority of residential landlords in Dubai are now becoming more flexible in terms of payment regulations and pricing, which give residents more options and cheaper rents.

“Landlords are flexible when it comes to the number of rental checks. The norm for the number of checks is between one to four,” Khaleej Times quoted Yash Shah, sales director at Aurum Real State, as saying.

Nick Grassick, managing director at PH Real Estate, said some landlords also offers free rental on first month of boarding.

The report said the flexible payment and softening in rents allow tenants to navigate through rental options.

“More tenants are considering areas, which have traditionally booked at as being ‘too far out’. Many people are realizing there are some excellent communities, some fantastic and great deals,” said Lewis Allsopp, CEO at Allsopp & Allsopp in the report.

Real estate professionals said tenants can chase quality rental deals at Mira, Sports City, and Motor City.

“It’s all down to what a tenant wants, a relative bargain with the location and established community or more for your money a bit further out,” Allsopp added.
