OPM fans in the UAE shall receive an early holidays treat as two Filipino acts are set to perform in Dubai.

Filipino singer and songwriter Ely Buendia, will headline a concert show alongside indie act UDD on November 10 at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium.

Buendia, famously known as the vocalist of the highly-acclaimed rock band Eraserheads in the 90s, is scheduled to perform his greatest hits which include “Pare Ko”, “Ang Huling El Bimbo”and “Magasin.” Since then, he has also formed other bands like Pupil and continues to perform in the local music scene with Apartel.

Meanwhile, UDD, formerly as Up Dharma Down, will also play their smash hits such as “Oo”, “Tadhana” and “Luna” among their playlist. UDD, composed of Armi Millare, Carlos Tanada, Paul Yap and Ean Mayor, is an independent act formed in 2004 which has been playing in regional shows across the globe but will perform for the first time in Dubai.
Concert ticket prices start at Dh145. The show is organized by Voice International, an events management group based in Dubai.
