Remember Karen and her forgetful grandfather in the classic and heartwarming McDonalds commercial in early 2000s?

Actress Karen Delos Reyes recently posted on her Instagram account a photo of her showcasing her baby bump.

The first-time mother has been documenting her pregnancy on her Instagram account.

Delos Reyes was seen on various TV shows like Click, Mulawin, and Luna Blanca.

But she was mostly known as the girl in the McDonald’s ad where her grandfather always calls her Gina instead of Karen.

The ad was remembered for having the plot twist that despite her grandfather calling Karen as Gina, he cuts his burger in half and save it for her favorite granddaughter named Karen.
