The photo shows a young vegetable vendor seemingly exhausted from working and earning money for the day.

The post has earned 33,562 likes as of this writing. Many netizens praised the Megastar for taking interest in helping the boy.

So cute! Salamat sa mga good Samaritan kagaya ni madam shawie kaya idol ko po kayo,” an Instagram user said.

But some users noticed the vegetable variety in the middle of the photo, noting that the boy could possibly be from another country.

“This picture was taken abroad. Its obvious from the picture, that vegetable in the middle is not usually grown in the Philippines or seldom you can buy that here,” a user commented.
